Using AutoDesk Revit
Materials Management
Purpose - to calculate with accuracy the area of a building that
is covered with paint, tiles or other finishes.
The process starst from:
floor plans of the building.
sketches with information about materials (resulting from inspections on site).
In order to achieve accuracy,
all information is represented in AutoCAD.
Automatic calculation of areas is performed.
A report with lists of materials and total areas is issued in an Excel spreadsheet
or other database format
.
The result consists of report files with quantities and also drawings of floor plans and facades hatched in accordance with their finishes.
This is a highly customised service.
Detailed specifications will be agreed with a new customer, in order for us to adapt our production process.
